To register your child in Kindergarten at any Springdale Elementary School, you will need:
- Birth Certificate
- Social Security Number (or request the district assign a number)
- Immunization Record
- Proof of Address (electric or gas utility bill)
- Physical Exam (within 90 days of the 1st day of school)
